Effective team throughput once agents handle the manual backlog

The whole stack

One platform instead of six

Your PLG and ABM motions run across Clay, LinkedIn Ads, Iterable, Knock, Pendo, and Segment, none of which talk to each other. Every handoff is manual and every tool is another bill. Conversion absorbs the categories into one platform, running directly on the Snowflake data you already trust.

Team bandwidth

Two people. Agent throughput.

Bandwidth is the biggest constraint after a restructure. Conversion ingests tickets from Asana or Jira, builds the campaign, sets up the audience and tokens, and surfaces a draft for human approval. Your team approves. The agent ships. Three to six manual build cycles per day collapse into one review queue.

  • Ticket-to-campaign in minutes

Describe the request in Asana or Jira. An agent parses the brief, builds the audience, and drafts the email.

  • Human approval, every time

Nothing reaches a contact without a person saying yes. Strict per-role permissioning means marketers update tokens and clone approved templates. They cannot edit workflows.

  • One queue, two MAPs collapsed

Iterable and Marketo become one platform. No context-switching between systems, no duplicated list imports.

Ticket pipeline

Data layer

Customer 360 (Snowflake)

Workspace hierarchy, seat usage, product events. Already shipped. Conversion reads it directly.

Salesforce CRM

Enterprise accounts, opportunities, field-level sync. Bidirectional, configurable per object and per field.

Conversion unified record

One contact record with workspace, site, and partner relationships as custom objects. Queryable without SQL. No middleware.

One data layer

Your Customer 360 is already built. Conversion activates it.

The workspace-to-partner hierarchy you modeled in Snowflake maps directly as custom objects in Conversion. Seat-usage attributes, product events, and partner relationships are queryable and activatable without rebuilding the data layer. We sit on top of what you already shipped.

One-to-many relationships that break Marketo's flat model work natively here. Target workspaces nearing their seat limit. Roll up product-usage attributes to account level for field visibility. Everything your data team built becomes a marketing lever.

One-to-one ABM

Orchestrate 1:1 ABM just like this landing page

ABM lite stops at a Clay list pushed to LinkedIn. Real one-to-one means a bespoke experience per account: a custom landing page, custom ads, and a tailored nurture sequence, with attribution across every touch. Conversion agents build the whole thing off your warehouse and Clay enrichment.

How we compare

Conversion vs Iterable

Iterable handles PLG email. Conversion handles PLG email, SLG campaigns, Snowflake activation, and account-level intelligence. Here is the honest read on what the swap unlocks before November.

High-growth SaaS teams have made the switch

Conversion works across fintech and enterprise SaaS companies that run Salesforce and a modern data warehouse and need the same PLG-to-SLG motion Webflow is building toward.

Plaid

Consolidated its GTM stack onto Conversion, running Salesforce and warehouse data through a single governed platform.

Veriforce

Migrated off Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot with our forward-deployed team, in parallel until cutover was complete.

Migration

World-class FDE team that builds alongside you

Our forward-deployed team runs the migration alongside your two-person ops team. Iterable replacement is the starting wedge. Marketo stays on its own timeline.

Day 0

Connect your stack

Snowflake service account, Salesforce integration user, Asana and Jira webhooks. FDE scoped to read-only first.

Weeks 2–4

PLG lifecycle rebuilt

Iterable flows rebuilt in Conversion with your data. Seat-threshold triggers wired to Snowflake events. Review and approve.

Week 8

Parallel run complete

Both systems run in parallel during QA. When your team is confident, Iterable is decommissioned before renewal.

Ongoing

Agents in production

Ticket ingestion live. Partner campaign builds handled by agents. Marketo migration scoped on your 2027 timeline.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The Iterable replacement is a clean, isolated wedge. Conversion handles your PLG lifecycle and email alongside Marketo for your SLG motion. You migrate Marketo on your own schedule, with the contract not up until 2027. There is no forced rip-and-replace.

Conversion reads directly from Snowflake and treats your Customer 360 as the source of truth. The workspace-to-partner hierarchy, seat-usage attributes, and product events you have already modeled are queryable and activatable inside Conversion without rebuilding anything. We sit on top of the data layer you have already shipped.

Internal builds are powerful for one-off workflows but require engineering capacity to maintain, version, and scale. Conversion is the data-aware activation and orchestration layer on top of Snowflake, with pre-built Salesforce sync, a governed data model, campaign execution, and a forward-deployed team managing the infrastructure. We are happy to run a head-to-head pilot on ticket throughput so you can compare directly.

Conversion prices on marketable contacts, the contacts you actively send to. Contacts that live in the platform but are not actively marketed to are not billed. AI usage is unlimited, so the number is predictable in advance. For Webflow's scale, we will size it against your current Iterable and Marketo spend and give you a concrete range.

Snowflake access runs through a service account you control with table-level scoping. Salesforce uses an integration user with per-object and per-field sync modes, so most fields default to read-only and nothing writes back unless you configure it. We are SOC 2 Type II, do not train on your data, and provide a full audit trail on every agent action. RBAC goes to the object and field level inside the platform.

Let's prove it before November

Run a pilot alongside Iterable, show the replacement working on your actual Snowflake data, and give your team a concrete path forward before the renewal deadline.
