Every form fill lands on the right contact.
Known visitors see shorter forms, each answer writes to the contact field you chose, and a workflow routes the lead as soon as it arrives.

How forms work.
Set up a form once, and every submission finds its contact and its rep on its own.
Form elements
Questions
Short answer
Drag questions into place
Pull questions from the palette, pair them in rows, and style every input and button to your brand. Drafts save as you work.
CRM Settings
Visibility
Shorten the form for known visitors
Link a question to a contact field and set it to Hide when known, so people Conversion recognizes never answer it twice.
Route the lead as it lands
A submission starts a workflow that hands the lead to the next rep in a round robin and posts it to your team's Slack channel.

Top sources
See what each form brings in
Chart each form's submissions and page visits against the previous period, with the pages and UTM sources that sent them.
One set of rules for every form.
Ad lead forms, legacy forms on your site, and drafts from Conversion AI all match contacts by email and write through your mappings.
Sync from LinkedIn
Map fields
Forms plug into the rest of Conversion.
Put forms on your landing pages, let submissions start workflows, and count every fill toward a lead's score.
Drop a form into any landing page
Add a published form to a page as a block, and each submission records the page and version it came from.
Start a workflow on any submission
Filter the trigger by form and page URL, then use any answer in a branch, a Slack message, or the next email.
Score and route every lead
Form fills count toward engagement scores, and a Routing step hands each lead to the next rep in line.
Common questions
What marketing ops teams ask before they move a form library over.
Add one script and an iframe that resizes to fit the form, or submit from a form you've built yourself with the Forms SDK. Install guides cover Webflow and Framer, and any landing page can hold a form as a block. Forms only load and accept submissions on your own domain and its subdomains.
Not for an address you already have. Matching runs on email first: if a contact already has the address, the submission updates the one changed most recently. If not, and the browser is already tied to a contact from an earlier visit, the submission attaches there. Otherwise Conversion creates a new contact. One setting switches that middle step off, so every new address becomes a new contact.
Only where you allow it. Every mapped question has its own Overwrite switch, and each submission shows what every answer did to the contact, such as Added, Updated, or Not overwritten. What reaches Salesforce also follows each field's sync setting.
People Conversion has already identified, through an earlier form fill or an email click. Link a question to a contact or company field and set it to Hide when known, and they skip it whenever the value is on file. A question can also show only when another answer, a CRM field, or a hidden field like UTM source matches, with up to 10 conditions each. Rules run on Conversion's servers, so CRM values never reach the browser.
Yes. Every submission records its page, referrer, and UTM parameters, and new contacts keep the source, medium, campaign, and referrer of their first visit. Earlier anonymous visits from the same browser attach to the contact when they submit. To write a UTM into a field of your own, add a hidden field and fill it from the page.
They arrive as form submissions. Choose the ad account or Page and the form, and standard questions map to contact fields on their own. Each lead matches on email like any other, and starts the same workflows. A lead without an email isn't turned into a contact.
Require work email turns away more than 4,700 free and disposable email domains, and embedded forms can add reCAPTCHA. Forms only load on your own domain, and every answer is checked again on the server before it's saved.
It builds them. Describe the form in a chat and Conversion AI creates a draft with its questions, CRM mappings, hidden fields, and theme. Nothing goes live until someone allowed to publish forms publishes it.
See a demo request route itself.
Pick your busiest form. We'll rebuild it during the demo and follow a test submission all the way to a rep.
