Mosaic aggregates data from every source in Conversion, answers anything you ask, and tells you what is really working
Native activity
Natively integrated within Conversion, Mosaic has every activity, touchpoint, and UTM by default. Nothing to stitch together across five tools.
What drove pipeline last quarter?
Agent-built reports
Ask in plain English for the report you want, or any question you have. Get a report you can filter, drill into, and save to a dashboard.
Attributed pipeline
Closed won · by channel
Attribution reporting
See attributed pipeline and closed-won by channel, campaign, and asset. Use a built-in model or build your own weighting, with unattributed always in view.
Describe the report. Mosaic builds it.
Explain what answers you are looking for and Mosaic builds the reporting to get them. Every report is fully editable, so you can filter it, drill into it, and save it to a dashboard.
Build me a report on cost per opportunity by channel last quarter, and show me what we spent on each.
Stop losing your best channels to Direct.
Attribution tools that sit outside your marketing platform have to rebuild the buyer journey from UTMs, exports, and CSV uploads. Anything that does not survive that rebuild lands in Direct. Mosaic never rebuilds anything, because Conversion ran the campaign.

Actually act on your data, in the same platform.
Every other attribution tool hands you a chart and stops, because it cannot run anything. Mosaic sits inside the platform that already does, so the data that explains what happened is the same data driving your agents, your ad platforms, and your warehouse.
Use Conversion agents to act on it automatically
Agents run on the same attribution data. They flag campaigns that stopped producing, route accounts that just went hot, and score leads on what actually converts, without anyone opening a report.
Automatically update your ad platforms
Push pipeline and closed won back to Google, LinkedIn, and Meta so their bidding optimizes against revenue instead of form fills, and keep your audiences refreshed from the accounts actually in market.
Sync everything to your data warehouse
Touchpoint and attribution tables land in Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Redshift, so your data team can join marketing credit to product usage or finance data instead of rebuilding attribution in SQL.
The data model is the thing that sold us. Everything else in the platform gets better because the data underneath it is actually right.

Managed packages installed in your Salesforce org
Common questions
What marketing ops leaders ask before they trust a new attribution number.
Measure arrives after the campaign ran and rebuilds your buyer journey from UTMs, exports, and scheduled syncs, and it installs a managed package in your Salesforce org to do it. Conversion sent the emails, hosted the forms, ran the webinars, recorded the campaign membership, and syncs Salesforce, so the touchpoints already exist as first-party records. There is no reconstruction step, which means there is nothing to lose in transit and no mapping project to finish before the numbers mean anything.
No. There is no managed package, no custom objects, and no permission sets to provision. Mosaic reads the Salesforce data Conversion already syncs, so it does not consume API budget with touchpoint export jobs or add packages that conflict with what you have installed.
No. Mosaic works from the data Conversion already holds. If you do run a warehouse, Conversion's existing Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, and Redshift connections mean warehouse data can participate in segmentation and personalization alongside it.
First Touch, Last Touch, Linear, Position-Based, and Time Decay out of the box, plus your own custom model if none of those match how your team thinks about credit. You set a workspace default and anyone can switch models on the fly. Switching changes how credit is divided, never which touchpoints were eligible or how they were classified, so two people looking at two models are still looking at the same underlying activity.
Web activity including ad clicks, page visits, and form submissions, measured through sessions. Marketing email link clicks. Campaign membership, which is how webinars and offline activity like conferences and dinners are credited, counted when a member first reaches a success status. Email deliveries and opens are recorded but do not earn credit by default, and you control every one of these in settings.
Because influenced values are not additive. A single opportunity can be influenced by six channels, so summing influenced value across channels would count that opportunity six times. Mosaic keeps influenced, attributed, and credited as separate measures and never renders a summed total for a column where the sum would be wrong. Attributed values do add up, and they reconcile to your CRM total exactly.
Yes. The default is 90 days and it can be set anywhere from 1 to 3,650. You also choose how contacts qualify for an opportunity: all known contacts on the account, opportunity contact roles, or the primary contact only. The default is all known contacts, because contact role data is usually incomplete.
It stays visible rather than disappearing. Unmapped traffic lands in Direct and Unmapped with a standing warning and a link into your channel rules with the offending examples preloaded in the tester. Credit that no touchpoint earned is carried in an unattributed residual, which is why attributed value with no filters always equals your CRM total.
