Conversion Airtable
Built for the Airtable marketing team

Run every Airtable audience on one platform

Self-serve and enterprise audiences sit in separate platforms, with a layer of custom logic deciding which records live where. Conversion is the agentic marketing automation platform that puts both populations on one data model, joined to Salesforce and your warehouse.

The challenge

The cost of running two stacks

One team runs the enterprise motion, another runs self-serve, and neither sees the same view of a customer. Marketo was never built to hold both sides of that, and a lifecycle email tool that covers the sends leaves attribution, ABM, and campaign structure exactly where they are.

Two platforms, two data models

The same person can exist in both systems with different attributes, different history, and different rules. Every question that spans the two motions turns into a reconciliation exercise, and attribution across the full journey never resolves.

Handoff logic nobody wants to own

The rules that decide which records move where are glue code sitting between platforms. It works quietly until it stops, and then it is an urgent problem for the team that inherited it.

Warehouse data needs middleware

Marketo has no native warehouse integration. Activating product, usage, or billing data means a reverse ETL tool, engineering effort, and another contract to keep alive.

Conversion Agents

The work that shouldn't need a specialist

Agents draft the campaign and the audience behind it from a plain-English request, QA the send, and watch the syncs that break quietly. Approval-first, so nothing reaches a contact until your team signs off.

Campaigns without the platform tax

A marketer describes the audience and the send in plain language and gets a drafted campaign back, inside your guardrails. The people who avoid the platform today stop needing a specialist to ship.

Syncs watched, not hoped for

Agents monitor the connections between systems, run list hygiene, and catch a broken send before it goes. The failures you currently find out about after the fact surface while they are still small.

The data layer

One system of record for both audiences

Connect Salesforce and your warehouse natively, including custom objects, so product usage and account context sit in one context layer. Both populations segment against the same data, with no routing layer deciding which platform sees what.

The scope test a lifecycle tool does not pass

Campaigns, nurtures, scoring, routing, forms, landing pages, and asset hosting, plus attribution shipped as a product on the same data with multi-touch models from first touch through closed won. Accounts are first-class objects, so target account lists build from warehouse data, messaging coordinates across the buying committee, and segments sync to LinkedIn, Meta, and Google. Inflection is a strong lifecycle email tool with none of that, which is the difference between consolidating and adding a third system.

The migration

Not the year-long project you're bracing for

The average migration is about four weeks, running in parallel with Marketo the whole way, at roughly 1-2 hours a week from your team. Nothing cuts over until it has been verified against the original.

Forward-deployed engineers run it

FDEs migrate your workflows, lists, templates, and scoring models, then QA every component before anything goes live.

About 1-2 hours a week from your team

For roughly three weeks. That's the full time commitment while the migration runs in the background.

Parallel run, zero downtime

Nothing is cut over until every workflow has been verified against the Marketo original. No dark period, no lost sends.

A team that stays embedded

Deployment strategists work inside your marketing org through launch and beyond, with structured workshops in the first weeks and as many as your team wants after.

Used by MOps teams replacing Marketo, Pardot, and HubSpot.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. Every migration is led by a dedicated deployment strategist, with forward-deployed engineers moving your programs, smart lists, email templates, and scoring models. The average timeline is about four weeks, running in parallel with Marketo, at roughly 1-2 hours a week from your team. Nothing is cut over until it has been verified against the original.

Yes. Conversion connects natively to Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and PostgreSQL. Tables and views become usable objects in the platform: available in segments, personalization, and workflow triggers, alongside your Salesforce custom objects. Marketing ops configures it in the UI, no engineering tickets required.

The gap you found is the one we would point at too. Inflection is a capable lifecycle email tool, but reporting stops at email and journey engagement: no attribution model, no pipeline or revenue reporting, no report builder, so measurement means exporting to your warehouse and building it in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Hex. Account scoring exists, but the scores stay inside Inflection and do not sync to Salesforce or ad platforms, and there are no account activity timelines, ad audience sync, or account-level pipeline reporting. There are also no custom objects, no landing pages, and no asset hosting, and Campaigns, Accounts, and Opportunities are read-only. Conversion replaces Marketo end to end and ships reporting and attribution as a product, Mosaic, with ABM on the same data model.

The recurring operational work: ticket intake and triage, audience building from plain-English requests, pre-send campaign QA, list hygiene, and sync monitoring. Every agent is permission-scoped, approval-first, and fully auditable, so your team reviews anything before it ships.

Yes. The platform is built for marketing operations teams at enterprise companies, but common tasks like building emails, creating segments, and launching workflows are straightforward. Teams evaluating both consistently tell us Conversion is more capable without being harder to use.
